  • Extensive trainings regarding fisheries management and procurment programs
  • Access to broad personal contact database of suppliers, distributors and retail operations.
  • Provide guidance on complying with FDA’s new Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA)
  • Experience with FDA nutritional labeling requirements
  • Ability to conduct quality based lot inspections based on USDC ‘Grade A’ Guidelines
  • Interpretation of microbiology testing results
  • Training with specialized web applications and software such as ICIX, Trace Register and ArcGIS.
