- Guidance on meeting detailed customer specifications (including product form, traceability and sustainability programs)
- Extensive trainings regarding fisheries management and procurment programs
- Access to broad personal contact database of suppliers, distributors and retail operations.
- Provide guidance on complying with FDA’s new Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA)
- Experience with FDA nutritional labeling requirements
- Ability to conduct quality based lot inspections based on USDC ‘Grade A’ Guidelines
- Interpretation of microbiology testing results
- Training with specialized web applications and software such as ICIX, Trace Register and ArcGIS.
